Cancelation policy

For cancellations submitted with more than 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time, the following will apply:
- First Occurrence: Your deposit will be fully transferred and credited toward your next rescheduled booking.
- Second Consecutive Occurrence: The deposit will be lost and cannot be transferred or refunded.
For any cancellation or reschedule request submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the full deposit will be lost.

Please aim to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.
Occasionally, services may run slightly over time due to the previous booking. I appreciate your patience in such cases.
If you are running late, please call to let me know.
- Up to 30 minutes late: I will do my best to provide your full service. However, your appointment may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining time.
- More than 30/45 minutes late: I may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and have to cancel the appointment; your deposit will be lost in case of cancellation.
